We are a small independent owner run Property Management company specialising in Residential property management & lettings. Our client’s properties are in and around the KT postcode area. Our office is conveniently located on Chiltern Drive opposite Berrylands train station. We operate a low overhead Hybrid business model, offering exceptional value for money coupled with high quality of service for our landlord clients. We offer a personalized service to our clients who can always reach us directly. Since 2011 we have grown organically with new business being generated through word of mouth & referrals via our existing clients.
